These posts are unique, original, deep, and a big representation of talent. These three s are consistent and always worthy of a feature.

What do you think makes a post feature worthy?

Posts that are feature worthy to me have to be original (no plagiarism), creative, well written, and grab my attention in a good way. They have to comply with the rules and have the needed trigger warnings if needed and sources if needed as well. Most of all, any post that can make me feel connected and might make others feel the same way is feature worthy to me

3- Most importantly, why do you want to be a part of this team?

I already have a lot of iration and love for the feed part of this app, I constantly scroll regardless and read what everyone posts, so I think I’d be a good addition to the team. Also, my posts have been featured plenty of times and it brings me joy, I want to bring the same joy to others.

4- If you see a post that might be feature worthy but isn't quite there yet, how would you proceed with fixing it?

I would approach the and ask them to make the needed fixes needed whether it’s a trigger warning, source, spelling errors, clarification, or better aesthetics.

5- What types of blogs, in your opinion, do you not feature?

The type of blogs where the subject is too dark to the point where it would make others very uncomfortable and triggered. Anything made by AI only. Posts that are plagiarized and aren’t original. Posts that barely have any substance and so little words.

6- How would you handle a post that could be triggering?

I would approach the and ask them to add a trigger warning to the post. However, if it’s too triggering I would hope action would be taken against the , I would definitely report it.

7- What do you do if a member doesn't respond to your offer for featuring their post?

I would leave a message on their wall and message them again one more time. If there’s no response I would definitely let it go, it’s their choice to respond or whether they want to be featured and I wouldn’t be annoying about it.
