Hey guys! It’s Olaf here, with another post! This post was inspired by How to take care of a cold~! I found this post really helpful so I thought why not I make a post to help others!

★Exercise
Staying healthy and exercising is a great way to relax yourself. Also, meditating is a good way to calm and relax your body. Your body is the most important part about you and you gotta keep it well. Exercise daily and keep your mind positive. This will make you relax and feel better about yourself.

★Slow down
Take your time. Don’t rush things and just take a breather. Sometimes when we do things quickly, we tend to mess up and get frustrated, causing us to stress. Just take your time, do things slowly and you’ll ease up more. Even in a test, you might have a time limit but take your time on the harder questions than the easier ones. Slow down, be humble. xD

★Sleep more
S l E E P. Sleeping is the most important thing for your body. When you sleep, you grow more, have dreams :D, and when you wake up, you feel refreshed and energized. Sleeping makes you more relaxed, and when you wake up, you won’t feel tired or doozy. I always feel more happier when I sleep a lot and I become so happy and I get relaxed! :D

★Be positive
I know you guys have probably heard this a lot, and are sick and tired of it, but being positive actually helps. Having a positive mind makes you do things you might haven’t done before. It makes you happy and again relaxed. Having a negative attitude will ruin your day, and you’ll stress more. , stay positive and happy :D

Make friends! Be active! Nobody likes to be alone and sad. Being with friends and being outside makes you more comfortable, and happier. (This is totally coming from a professional :joy: ) Who likes to be alone and sad? dO yOuuU? nO. Meet new people, clubs, and stop being on your phone too much. Come on, I know you do~! Hehe.

★Do something you love!
Like drawing? Swimming? Or being on amino? Then do it! Do something you enjoy, it’ll help you forget about all the problems in your life and you’ll be happy! This really helps me when I wanna focus on something or just get away from life. You’ll be relaxed, focused, and happy at the same time! Hopefully.... (I’m not a professional :joy: )
