I got my first binder

So today was the day

The day that I got my first chest binder. Thanks to my best friend. They got me one and I love them dearly. For once I feel normal!

It is so important to know how to properly take care of yourself and the binder.

I could not stress it enough, be safe when binding. I used ace wraps for a while and it wasn’t safe. If you do use ace wraps just know this. I suggest to look up how to safely use a chest binder.
