So...this is my first post here! It is also a contest entry. This is for the Monster High Challenge. I grew up with the movies, shows, games, and toys from the franchise. I was SO excited to actually make something for this contest.

-Questions-

What is your Students Name and how do they identify themselves?

My student’s name is Molly Jones. She is based off of the Venezuelan Poodle Moth. I did find out that there was already a moth person in Monster High, so I changed it up a bit. Molly goes by she/her.

Tell us about about your Student.

Molly is into many different things, though is known to quit halfway through something. She does, however, play the flute. Molly also never learned how to fly due to her EXTREME fear of heights. She is known to be pretty quiet and shy.

Are they in the LGBT Community?

Molly is, in fact, part of the LGBTQ+ Community. She is a Bisexual in denial. Molly fell in love with a girl and a guy from her classes from afar. She labels herself as ‘queer’ for now until she tames the feelings she has.

What inspired you into making this Student and why did you choose this form of Art to bring them to life?

I absolutely LOVE moths, so I thought it would be cute to take one of the cutest species and make it into a character. I did draw sketches of concepts for the character on paper, however, moved it to digital so I could add colour.
