Poem #10: My hope.

My hope is to see better days.

Instead of depression and living in a haze.

Every day is a blur, nothing not worthy.

It seems that it will stay like this for the days before me.

But I still have hope, though it might waver.

I can't give up now, because life I want to savour.

It grows and it expands, like a beautiful lilac.

So I will tell everyone now how to get your life back.

Life is complicated, filled with ups and downs.

What we have to learn is how to rise from the ground.

Because simply being grounded is not good enough, one must dream.

To achieve greatness, as hard as it may seem.

--------------------

Greatness doesn't come easy.

Some people have different definitions of it, really.

But everyone seems to have the same craving.

To leave a mark on the world, to get it one step closer to being a haven.

So you need to get out there, make things happen.

For you and for others, whatever you can imagine.

Leave your mark and never look away

From the reason that has made you stay.
