Hello my name is jorja and i am 14 years old my pronouns are she/her and i live in the un and my favourite hobbies are music, politics and debate I really like this because i would like to give some justice for the people that need help and for the people that dont have much rights as we do in my country.I would also like to study abroad to get a glimpse of other countries.

Why do you want to be a part of the Editors Alliance staff group?

The reasons for why i want to the Editors Alliance is because this is all about featuring the worthy posts have been made which i think is really cool and i would like to do because i would like to get more people that have really good content and that have been hiding in the dark for some time, to be featured and actually know that they are being noticed for their hard work.

What makes a post feature worthy?

In my opinion, a post that makes it feature worthy is something that is creative and is meaningful to the community but most importantly it has to be interesting.

I think that in my opinion this would be good for people to look at as it can inspire them to maybe do more with their lives and for the people that are struggling with depression or anxiety this might help with it.

Scenarios

1.you catch one of your fellow editors plagiarizing,what would you do?

I would first give them a warning to take it down if they do not listen. I would tell one of the curators and it will be sorted that way.

2. An argument gets heated in the comment section of your post,what would you do?

I would turn off the comments but before that i would tell them to take it into DMs, if they were using offensive language then i would report them straight away to a creator or leader.

3. one of your posts you've made is being called triggering or offensive,what would you?

If i was causing someone to be triggered then i would delete it straight away as i would never want someone to feel that kind of way.

4.There is a troll in the comment section of one of your posts,what would you do?I would turn off my comments but before that i would ban them straight away.

5.someone gives you notes on what you need to improve on your post that you don't agree with, what would you do?

Well if it's something i needed to improve on regardless of weather i disagree with it i will still do it.#EditorsAppsMay

Hey guys i wanted to do something that is quite different from what you have seen before on the featured feed before.

As I find that many people have a lot of things they would like to share with others but feel they can't, I felt that maybe this might bring people's confidence up.

This is totally an option but maybe you could tell your story about how you came out to your parents. It can be funny or a life lesson of some sort but I feel that it's always nice to share your story for others so they can learn from you.

And honestly I think a lot of people might learn alot from what they have written down.

I understand completely to the people that might not want to do the first 2 options because i know not many people are ready to talk about that stuff yet.This is why i made this an option because i know that not everything is all rainbows and sunshine so if you have anything that is bothering you it's nice sometimes to get it of your chest.

Story for people to be inspired

I know a lot of people want to make a difference in the world and this is the right place!if you have anything that you would want people to learn from then right it down.if you would like to do a story of a mistake that you made and then say that you have learnt from it right it down.make something that you feel will make people happy and maybe make people look at the different picture to what others might think.

A Lot of people might not have anyone to talk to in this pandemic so if you have things you would like to share then please do.
