Tired

I'm tired of having to live up to someone else's expectations and dreams. I'm tired of trying to be enough for them. I'm tired of feeling like garbage whenever I don't receive their approval.

I'm tired of not being able to be me without this constant fear of being rejected. I'm tired of faking constantly, consistently. I'm tired of all these standards I have to live with.

I'm tired of these sleepless nights, wondering if tomorrow is going to be a different story but at the same time, knowing everything will be the same. I'm tired of feeling like I can't change anything. I'm tired of trying to fix these broken wings and forget these broken dreams.

I'm just tired.
