1) What would you do if you encounter a troll/inappropriate profile while welcoming

Screenshot the Trolling Profile, Grab the link of the profile and immediately the Welcoming Curator. If they are not available I would another Curator or the Welcoming Leader so further action could be taken

2) How would you handle a situation where you disagree with what a leader has to say?

Calmly agree to disagree and ask what should/will happen next because it's ultimately not my call to make.

3) What would you do if you get offended/ in a fight with another welcomer?

Try to calmly move on. If they will not move on; document the conversation and speak to the Team Leader/Welcoming Curator

4) Are you fit to make this commitment to the team? As daily activity is required!

Yes of course.

I would not apply if I did not take this position seriously.

5) Why do you want to be part of the team?

I had trouble when I first ed this Community with making friends and feeling like I did not fit in. I'd love to give a positive experience to future to ensure they stay and thrive in the Community!
