So, I dont really know how to make my blog all cute and stuff. So, lets just go with this then.

My favourite winter activity is Ice skating. Ice skating started in Finland more then 4,000 years ago. It became really popular in China and Mongolia, etc.

Ice skating takes place in specially prepared ice surfaces (arenas, tracks, parks), both indoors and outdoors. Some people skate on frozen lakes,ponds, and rivers. I don't really know if its common and or popular. It popular in mostly China and Mongolia, its gone to the point where there are championships so I would say its pretty popular.

I started ice skating at 2 years old, I wouldn't say its good for kids who cant walk lmao. Mostly its good for all ages.To ice skate you need to have balance and trust yourself, I was taught how to ice skate from my grandma. She's won many competitions and is very talented, she died 5 years ago. I've been skating a lot and been wanting to compete, but its not the right time and or season.
