Happy May, everybody! Today I bring you a challenge developed by myself and my friend Scooter, and I think it would be an absolute 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘦 if we didn't host this kind of challenge at some point >:) Do be warned, though, this challenge deals heavily in crimes of various sorts, so if that's triggering to you, you may not want to hang around. But for those of you who love yourself a good old fashioned heist, step right in >:)

In this challenge, everybody is assigned a random crime (arson, bank robbery, etc), and you have one of two options.

1. Pick one of your existing OCs who seems most likely to commit this crime, and either create an artwork or write a piece (poetry, short story, news article, etc) about your character committing said crime. Why are they doing it? Are they successful? Do they have accomplices? What challenges do they encounter? Give us the juicy details!

2. Create a character based on said crime. This could be a character who actually commits it, or it could be a character who was a victim of someone else committing it, or whose backstory was shaped by said crime. It could be a character that isn't actually literally involved in said crime in any way, but their attributes mirror some of the aspects of the crime. The choice is yours.

To receive a prompt, merely comment what crime you'd most likely get arrested for, and you'll have your very own crime hand delivered. (Although it won't necessarily be the one you mention.) If you don't like it or you want a choice, you can ask for another, or just ask for two from the get go.

• Your entries must comply with LRA's [Guidelines]. Add Trigger warnings if applicable along with image credits, font screenshots, and translation if another language is used. No plagiarism of any kind, report to staff if found.

• Collab entries are welcome! Perhaps it might be fun for your OC and a friend's to break into a museum together >:) All written works must have a minimum of 50 words, or 6 lines if it's a poem, and all artwork posts must have a minimum of 7 words, per general post guidelines.

• Multiple entries are allowed and encouraged! Please keep only one entry for judgement. If you participated solo and in a collab, you can place your solo entry for judgement as well as a collab one.

• Get all entries in before the 30th of June, midnight PST, along with the hashtag #StickEmUp.

There will only be one winner. Only one most wanted. But participants will also be rewarded! Judgement will be based on content, prompt incorporation, creativity, and execution.

Winner

• 5 Day feature of entry.

• Title "LRA's Most Wanted"

• 666 quills

• A "Last Wish" AKA a prise of your choice

All others

• 2 Day feature of entry.

• 42 quills

• A "bounty" title of your choice

Example: "$500 Bounty", "$1,000", or "Wanted"

Our beloved leader, Q, will also be randomly asg House points to each entry, as he sees fit. (Or maybe by throw of dice, who knows?) It's a lawless and unjust world out there /j

#StickEmUp

So now, folks, get out there and go commit crime! No, I jest. Please note that neither I nor any of the staff at LRA endorse, encourage, or even suggest any form of crime in the real world, or attempting to break laws in any way. This challenge is merely for the fun of seeing it in our characters, and is 𝘯𝘰𝘵 to be taken literally. All images were found and edited by Scooter. Thanks for stopping by, and I look forward to seeing what y'all can make!

The way I’ve planned out way to many fraud cases at 2am I would so get away with it. Got to be all pretentious and aim for art fraud though lol maybe a heist as an extra

Honestly, if I was given enough time to plot I could probably commit murder with a convincing alibi- I wouldn't murder someone innocent though; only someone who deserved it (sometimes you gotta pull a William James Moriarty)

I have a obsessive tendency to shift and focus toward older eras. Does the law in question have to be existing in the modern era or could the law I break be prohibition from the 1920s?

That would be helpful. I may just include them both but a second option would be nice.

What a strange question to be asked haha! That one gives me much better ideas though, I'll use them both in a short story!

I think I'd probably be halfway decent at hiding a body, not necessarily murder but the concealing of a body
