writer’s notes : this is an omission made by one of my ocs kiernan. the colors refer code names belonging to his friends. he is spinning memories as something fond, because they all have multiple instances of enjoying a good, harmless competitive match. yes, it is truly non-malicious, or is it?

for a challenge awhile back, I realized, I could make use of their regular unions at playing oppositions of each other. sometimes they throw the match for giggles when collectively on a team together. their teamwork skills are a force, but playfully spiting friends is stronger.

it is a legitimate brighter time in Kier’s life rapidly corrupted. the areas they end up hit with by paintballs reflects a plot I’m working on for them, foreshadowing unfortunate events sealed in their fates.

ps - kier has a few aliases, for quite a few things; lots of energy to burn and shady as a hundred dollar bill. you would think pen-pal writing wouldn’t be so draining as it is but freeing nostalgia, feelings, confessions, thoughts and so much from ink to paper makes a painfully moving catharsis.
