Going into one of those mental breakdowns where you chop off all your hair-

**Callie met Loki during Ragnarok, but as a 100+ year old Angel, she knew quite a bit about him from the 'Thor' + 'Avengers' situations ect. (Being she visits earth often)

Of course this would be an 'after Infinity War' type thing
