I paired Jinsoul with Santorini because of her designated color. Santorini is famous for its white and dark blue architecture which makes this island the perfect candidate!!

The myth starts likes so: It is said that Jason and his fellow companions were on their way home, they landed on Anaphe, a small island of the Aegean Sea. There Euphemus saw a dream that he was making love to a nymph, the daughter of the sea god Triton, in particular. After making love, that woman told him that she got pregnant to his child and that her father would become angry if he knew that.

That is why she needed a place to hide and give birth to her child. She then told Euphemus to get a clod of earth from Anaphe and throw it into the sea. When Euphemus woke up, he decided to take the woman's advice and when they sailed, he indeed threw a clod of earth onto the open sea.

Suddenly, as a miracle, an island emerged to provide a safe place for the pregnant nymph. Euphemus named this island either Calliste, which means the most beautiful, either Strogyli, due to its round shape. The son of Euphemus, who was born there, was named Theras and the island finally got his name, Thera, another name for Santorini.

H͓̽I͓̽S͓̽T͓̽O͓̽R͓̽Y͓̽

The island took its name Santorini around the 12th century by the Franks, who in fact called it "Santa Irene", that is, Saint Irene. The eruption of the volcano was also the major reason of the end of great development of the island until 2000 BC. Until then the Minoan civilization was actually flourishing.

It is said that all Aegean Sea darkened and the waves were 250m high wiith a speed of 300 km per hour, thus destroying the culture of Crete and Egypt. Some other mythological theories link this disaster with the collapse of Atlantis.

Jinsoul is so beautiful, so magestic and ethereal, just like the island and it's gorgeous sunsets. Usually most islands in Greece have that white and blue combo but Santorini makes it look the best. The island seems like it suits the color and vice versa, just like Jinsoul. The two go well together and they give off a darkness one moment and a calm relaxation the next.

Darkness because Santorini has a history with volcanos and Jinsoul is a very low based rapper, Calm Relaxation, because this island is so amazing to look at, with its crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches, and Jinsoul because, her voice while singing sounds like the most expensive honey. :blue_heart:
