OC Revitalization + NewOC Introduction

Heya, everybody. It’s been a while since I’ve made any posts about my ship children OCs because I went through a major dip in confidence. But I’m trying to be more confident with what I present here, so we’re starting the year off with this.

So my lovely ship children are the next generation after our memorable main cast of Mario characters, and I wanted to show them off once again. But I’ll introduce them all in full (with basic details) just in case there’s people who don’t know who they are.

Now those of you who have been with me for a while will probably realize that one of these OCs is one never seen before, and that’s what the second part of this post is for, and introduction to my newest OC: Esperanza!

Some context: Esperanza was actually an OC that used to belong to a friend of mine here on Amino, but after they left Amino and weren’t as invested in their Mario projects anymore, I asked them if I could adopt Esperanza and repurpose her. I received their acceptance and blessing to do as I pleased, and that led me to where I am now with her.

As mentioned above, Esperanza is the adopted daughter of Doopliss and Vivian, with her coming into their care since they couldn’t produce children naturally. Esperanza is extremely intelligent and upbeat, but also a little airheaded and awkward.

She travels the world alongside her parents, becoming more adept at wielding magic and enjoying a life of always being on the move. Some things she enjoys are reading, martial arts, theater, or anything horror related. Meanwhile, she dislikes any mention of her birth parents, abuse of magic, and bad grammar.

Well, that covers everything I wanted to address today! I’m really going to try to be more positive and confident this year when it comes to sharing my OCs with you all, and any you guys can give me is incredibly appreciated.

I want to try to mix some Mario content back into my life with joy after it just felt like a huge drag during 2021 due to many factors, so hopefully I can do better.
