Chatroom PSA update

Hei hei MA! There has been a small update made to the Chatrooms PSA. This update expands the rules regarding kicking people from chats. As well as an update to its looks so it will be easier to read.

The update

Through from hosts and watching over chats; we've added a new section to the Host & Personal Rules section. The new section is regarding how you, as a host or co-host, can rightfully kick someone from your chat. The new section is called “2.C. Rightful kicking” and it's content goes as follows;

2.C. Rightful kicking

As mentioned above; wrongfully kicking someone without warning is considered power abuse. But there are instances where an instant kick is allowed.

→ If the purposely break the [guidelines], is a bot, or is trolling.

→ Hosts reserve the right to kick anyone from their chat as long as they have proof of valid reasons why.

- In cases where the person kicked has history of bad behavior in other chats, there must be screenshots of that.

- If the person makes the host/someone in the chat uncomfortable, there must also be screenshots of that.

* Please note that the screenshots will only be needed if the kick is reported to the moderation team. Additionally, in more sensitive cases, only the moderation team will see those screenshots.

→ In cases of them breaking the chats rules. As long as a warning was handed out first; a kick is justified*. While we recommend a striking system; it is not required.

* This only applies if it's the second offence of breaking the exact rule they were warned for. Eks. You cannot kick someone if they broke rule 1 if you only warned them for breaking rule 4.

This addition is aimed to help hosts easier manage their chats, especially as they grow in number.

Alongside this we have added a small sentence to the private roleplay section. Just to clarify that you can have age and level limits on private roleplays, that rule is only for public chats.
