This Is what I think a absolute version of Doctor Strange would look like.
So just like the normal Doctor Strange, he would be a successful doctor and surgeon, but one day he would get into a bad car accident that would damage his hands.
He would travel the world trying to find ways to fix his hands, but none of them would work. One day, when he was sulking in his apartment, he would be approached by a supernatural being known as Dormamu. He would explain to Steven that he would help him with fixing his hands at the cost of him being trained under him to use magic and promising him to fix his broken relationships and reputation after he broke his hands and pushed people close to him away.
Steven, clearly desperate, would accept his offer and would train under him for years, being taught how to use magic. However, one day Steven would be approached by the Ancient One and Wong, who explained that Dormamu tricked Steven into becoming his vessel so he could spread the Dark Dimension to Earth.
Now realizing the gravity of his mistake, he would decide to the Ancient One and Wong in hopes of cleansing Dormamu's influence in his body before it was too late and brings forth an invasion from the Dark Dimension.
