i'm literally about to cry, i don't even know

how to write this blog. i'm devastated guys

so i'm going to make this short and quick.

greetings everyone, it's tasha back with a

devastating news. marvel has officially

cancelled the black widow movie :sob: i can't

even typing it out makes my eyes water.

anyways, let me give you all the details first

since it needs to be addressed.

earlier, while i was casually scrolling

through twitter and suddenly a billion

people started mentioning me in tweets.

I went on the black widow tag and there

were a trillion tweets about the black widow

movie being cancelled. i didn't buy it at first

but then i went on google and looked it up,

and this is what i stumbled upon. i felt my

heart shatter.

let me just summarize what exactly went

down.

so like any other marvel movie, the black

widow movie had its early screenings in feb

since the movie was supposed to come out

april 24 in the USA, Australia, India, april 29-30

in the EU and may 1 in the United Kingdom.

screenings took place at Saudi Arabia and

in some parts of Armenia. during the screening

only some parts of the film was shown to

a handful of fans. the fans have a special

contract where they get paid to watch the films

and give honest s and are asked to

keep their lips sealed till the movie comes

out worldwide and the spoiler ban is lifted.

after the screening, some fans became furious

about the whole film and the story and the

way natasha was portrayed. they stated their

opinions to marvel and later went on twitter

to share them which they weren't supposed to

do at all due to the contract. marvel had the

full rights and took their whole s down.

due to the the backlash, marvel made it very

clear that the movie will be cancelled and it'll

probably sit in their back shelf for a good while.

neither did marvel confirm any reshoots to

improvise the mistakes the fans pointed out.

however, some people who saw it slipped

and went on twitter to privately share this

in the group chats. one of them is my friend

and this is what she said. i'm gonna keep her

anonymous to avoid complications.

black widow was the first phase 4 film it but

it seems that Falcon and the Winter Soldier will be

the project to open Phase 4. i am solely

heartbroken. black widow was the project

i was the most hyped up for. we are yet

to hear from the cast but it's been very clear

that the film isn't coming out this summer.
