Weaponizing the Symbiotes

Greetings!

For today's post I'm going to be doing something a little bit different...

As we all know there is a certain character that I based my whole profile around named "Agent Venom." This character utilizes the venom symbiote to give him a variety of abilities both unique and know to have belonged to out very own Spider-Man.

I'm going to be going through the powers of Venom, Agent Venom, and carnage to see the possible pros and cons of using other symbiotes as weapons.

I know that venom is already used as a weapon, the reason he is on this is to compare the others to.

Agent Venom/Venom

Part 1: Powers

Agent Venom, Flash Thompson, has powers given to him by the suit. He doesn't have any powers without wearing the suit, making him different from the original wearer, Spider-Man.

Superhuman Strength

The symbiote takes in traits from its previous hosts, gaining superhuman strength from Spider-Man and more from Eddie Brock. Eddie had trained himself to lift 700 pounds, 417 pounds less than the strongest man ever who lifted 1117 pounds.

Durability

The suit is can take high physical injuries and blows from superheroes and bullets. When at it's normal thickness ( :ok_hand: ) the suit can absorb bullets fired from a handgun.

Healing Factor

The suit can heal the bodily tissue of the host at rapid speeds, also protecting them from all Eathly diseases such as Cancer. The Venom symbiote has also kept Mac Gargan alive after having his abdomen nearly completely destroyed

Camouflage

The suit can mimic any article of clothing that the host pleases.

Power Copying

The suit has the ability to take the power of any of its former hosts.

Spider-Sense immunity

Due to having Spider-Man as a previous host the suit has figure out how to jam Peter's spider-sense.

Memory

The symbiote can gain and retain the memories and experiences of its previous and current hosts. If hot with a hard enough blow it can be forced to forget these memories. It can also take the memories of some by touch.

Offspring Detection

The suit can detect any of its offspring, but with enough effort this power can be blocked.

Stretching

The suit has the ability to stretch parts of its body into weapons such as axes, spears, etc.

Stamina

The suit allows the host to survive in dangerous environments such as a room full of toxic gas or underwater for extended periods of time.

Poison Fangs

This would only be able to be accessed if the suit is sporting the signature grin that Venom is know for. This poison was wake to cripple sandman, keeping him from reforming correctly.

Night Vision

The suit allows the host to see in the dark (Duh).

The Carnage symbiote is known to be stronger than both Venom and spiderman, able to lift 80 tons.

Durability

The suit is can take high power energy blasts, and falls from great heights without sustaining physical injury.

Healing Factor

The suit can heal the bodily tissue of the host at rapid speeds, also protecting them from all Eathly diseases such as Cancer.

Camouflage

The suit can mimic any article of clothing that the host pleases.

Spider-Sense immunity

Due to having Spider-Man as a previous host the suit has figure out how to jam Peter's spider-sense.

Stretching

The suit has the ability to stretch parts of its body into weapons such as axes, spears, etc.

Stamina

Cassidy's body produces less fatigue toxins than the average human, allowing him to be active for longer periods of time. He can do this for about 24 hours before the toxins start affecting him.

Possibilities of Sybiote soldiers

Faux Limbs

As we've seen with Flash Thompson, the suit cam give the host fake limbs.

Interrogation

Because the suit has the ability to take information from people without torture of any sort it could make interrogation much faster

Locating others on the field

If there were multiple symbiote soldiers on the field at the same time or even in different places all together they could easily find each other if the other was comprised

How to do it

In the comics it is stated that the symbiotes are heavily sedated to keep them from bonding and corrupting the host. Heavily sedate the symbiotes and they should work alongside the host instead of taking over.

It would not be smart to use the Carnage symbiote for this project. I would suggest Toxin or one of the more tame symbiotes. As seen with venom, the symbiote takes on some of the intentions of their host, shown in the creature's hate of Spider-Man. If they decided to use Carnage his murderous intent could override the "good guy" morales.
