So I have researched adhd a lot. It’s always on my mind. I know all the symptoms etc. I can relate to every single one and it interferes with my life. But the thing is I haven’t been diagnosed and it’s not confirmed if I have it but I’m pretty sure I do or there’s something else that’s causing this but it would be VERY similar to adhd. I’m lost because I don’t know what to do, tell someone besides my best friend who by the way is going through the same thing? For some reason we are so similar we are like the same person. Anyways, I wanna get tested but I don’t know how to tell anyone because every time I tell my parents a stupid as that sounds, it’s just get brushed off and we never talk about it again. I feel like it doesn’t matter to them. When I tell them how I feel like I can’t focus, nothing processes, I can’t stay on one thing, I’m losing things all the time, I make careless mistakes, I get distracted, being forgetful, getting really hyper and just being hyper and full of energy, and I can’t read, and much more, they seem to think “Oh it’s just your anxiety.” but I know it’s not and something else is there. I don’t know what I should do, any advice?
Also it also bothers me cause I know how most girls with ADHD don’t get diagnosed at all or too late. It really interferes with my daily life or whatever it is but I’m almost positive it’s this because I don’t know what else it could be and it bothers me.

Idk what advice to give you but good luck:D adhd can be the worst sometimes and it’s annoying because lots of people just with it off as something the only four year old boys have
I know right! :satisfied: Thanks for the !
Maybe putting your words into a letter can help. You'll have time to process your thoughts while being alone and to correct and better explain anything that need it to be. Take your time doing it and be sure to deliver it. I hope it can helps a bit.
I do think that’s a good idea, thanks for the advice!
Tell someone like a counselor and try to get professional help, see if you can meet with a psychiatrist to get diagnosed. And you shouldn't self diagnose, don't go around telling people you have ADHD if you haven't been diagnosed by a professional. Not to be rude, but I'm just saying.
I haven’t told anyone but my best friend how is going through the same thing. Anyways thanks for the advice!
Hi, I’m a girl with ADHD too. You should see a professional if your daily life is affected. I just got diagnosed recently because my carelessness and forgetfulness interferes with my career.
Thank you, it’s good having other opinions it honestly does help.
