You can write a different schedule for each day of the week if you’d like. Make sure to include your favorite activities within the schedule, and some responsible choices that can either benefit your health, or your mental. Its important to make time for yourself, and treat yourself. Try to put a reasonable sleep time too. Sleep is an important part of our lives as well. My schedule looks something like this!

6:20-6:27 AM - Quick, Refreshing shower!

6:42-7:15 AM - Head to School!
8:00-11:45 AM - Work Hard! Put in Effort!
12:00-12:45 PM - Eat a healthy lunch!
1:00-1:23 PM - Work Harder!
2:00-2:30 PM - Head home, earbuds in!
2:40-3:05 PM - Do Homework!
3:10-5:00 PM - Draw, Listen to Music, Play?
6:00-6:30 PM - Eat Dinner!
6:30-7:30 PM - Watch TV, Read a Book
8:00-9:00 PM - Shower, PJs, Brush Teeth!
9:30-10:00 PM - Sweet Dreams!
Your Schedule doesn’t have to look anything like mine! Do whatever you want, just make good habits for yourself!
