So as you might know, one of my previous posts was about me scratching myself and me wanting to stop. That has stopped for now (thankfully), but I have a new problem. Now I’m hitting myself. Like the scratching thing, I do it without thinking, so it’s really hard to stop. I really need to stop doing this because I don’t wanna get addicted to self harming again. Any tips to stop the hitting thing?
