Are you a Java player that just wants to make peace in Minecraft by spamming shift to crouch, and get the pop-up for sticky keys? You should probably use Ctrl for crouching, as many players have gotten the pop-up. Note, I'm not a Java player, but I watched several videos of these instances from Minecraft.

I highly recommend just turning them off. Sticky keys applies to all shortcut keys, (things like shift, control, delete, alt, etc) and as control is set as the sprint key by default, many players may not have the option or won’t want to relearn different keybinds when they’ve been using shift-crouch and control-sprint for years.
You can turn this off in settings (specifically keyboard settings if I’m not mistaken) so you won’t get the sticky keys pop-up again.
