Without cheating/creative? No. :sob:
Several times, but mainly to explore the End because the ‘cities’ have lots of useful loot.
one does not simply "beat" minecraft :ok_hand:
I've been playing for a few years myself (since the Wii U days). I never actually beat Minecraft in Survival Mode. I did "cheat" by using Creative Mode to get to the End on more than one occasion. 99.9% of the time I only play Creative Mode anyways.
