Backstory: Born to a family of royals in a far away island, Charles was the next to become a royal, but this child was drawn more to the sea, yeah I know, big massive Moana Movement, but during a celebration, his parents decided they have had enough of his dream and pushed him off a cliff into the ocean, where they would tell their people he had died and that his sister would become queen instead. He survived the fall by landing perfectly in the water, He swam to a nearby shore that was far away from his home and was hit with a massive wave during a thunderstorm that then led to him waking up in a boat in the middle of the ocean, where he would be raised by Pirates.. though they got annoyed by him in a few days and made him walk the plank, wow, no one likes this guy... Years Katerina he somehow makes it to Paris where he dons a suit powered by water and he occasionally terrorizes the city's water supply, maybe as Revenge? He never does say!

Powers: No Magical Weapons But he can swim quite fast using turbines on his arms and legs while also being able to dolphin jump out of waters up high, he uses the water he contains in his suit to attack, if he needs to reload, he just dives back in the water.

Miraculous: -None-

Appearance: A Dark Blue armoured man with a tanky build to him as he should be heavier than he looks but he doesn't, but the suit loses its Tanky nature as he upgrades it more and more, his red glowing eyes bare through he water like a sea monster, which he will gladly reveal if you get too close!

Weapons: Water stored in his suit which he can spray with high pressure to break rock/brick and even your bones.. he also can use harpoon to elevate up into the rooftops if needed, also dangerous in combat. He did have a sword that one time... he lost it tho...
