A lot of variables go into that decision. The make, model, year, original color, and condition of the bike have a fair amount to do with it many times. For me, I would mainly try to avoid 2 things, common things you might see elsewhere, and basic/simple 1 color bland stuff. I have a very well sorted idea for mine, but it will only happen if I learn how to do it myself. I'm confident I can. The biggest obstacle is buying all of the stuff to do it.
