You're wrong!

Ask yourself what's truly limiting you.

• Are you telling yourself you're going to fail?

• Why are you resisting positive change?

• Is this goal realistic?

• Can you achieve this goal at this time?

• What resources would help you achieve this goal? • What will you have to sacrifice to reach this goal?

• What beliefs are restricting you from where you want to be?

• What assumptions is your inner critic making about yourself and the world? (I.e. "Everyone hates me", "I always fail", "No one will ever love me")

You can achieve these goals with healthy sacrifice and motivation! There won't always be someone to hold your hand and encourage you, in order to survive in this world you HAVE to be a self-starter. If you want to know how I know this... I have some stories. I've put my self in the sunshine, where I knew I was capable of reaching. Why did I ever doubt myself? Stop chasing fleeting happiness, and focus on your joy. Happiness is prompted, but joy is something you give yourself. Joy is what gets you through the hard times.

Joy got me through bad health, joy got me through the worst times in my life, joy got me through my hard childhood. My life hasn't always been roses and sunshine, I PUT myself in the sunshine. No one will do it for you, so stop waiting for motivation!Believe in yourself,have faith in your abilities!without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.

And if you need help? Seek it! There is someone out there that can help you. I'll help you in whatever way I can, as I know humans are pack animals. We are not designed to be "lone wolves". We are a community, and communities help each other! Take advantage of all these communities available to you, and SEEK them. STOP WAITING FOR JOY AND MOTIVATION!!!"We tell ourselves we're weeds, and dump poison on ourselves.
