Just some recent art I did of a random character I may or may not turn into an OC.

They don't have a name or personality yet, but they're androgynous and use they/it pronouns. Their Quirk involves their eyes, and I imagine they can see the weak points in the human body when they activate their power with said points appearing as a constellation of sorts - hence the star pupils.
