[Jirou]: ing in as your co-host, I’m Kyouka Jirou !

[Midoriya]: Wow! This is such an amazing thing to be trying out for the first time with you! Imagine all those amazing people tuning in to watch the radio now! What are your thoughts towards the broadcast, Kyouka?

[Jirou]: Ah, yes! It’s totally rockin’! It’s such an honor to be able to tune in with others here, n’ it seems pretty cool! How about you, Midoriya? What’s runnin’ through your head right about now?

[Midoriya]: Haha! Well, it's nice to now that you enjoy being here with us today!

Ah, and if we're being honest here, I have quite a lot going on in my head right now.. You see, I actually ended up running a little late when trying to get here because of training. And I didn't really have enough time for breakfast either, so I had to make something up quick and head out the door. Gosh, it's really surprising how I got here at this time! I was kinda predicting that I'd get here a little later...!

[Midoriya]: Uh!- I'm getting a little off-topic aren't I, heh..

[Midoriya]: W-Well anyways, we should continue on with the wheel then, right Jirou!?

[Jirou]: aw, I hear ya. It’s surprising to me that you were having to rush from training straight to the broadcast-! Speaking of which, you sure do train a lot, huh?

[Jirou]: Who shall spin it today, do ya think?

[Midoriya]: Hmm.. I believe that the wheel spinner today should be you! You've definitely deserved it!

[Jirou]: Ah, you really think so? Thanks!

Anywho- time toooo-

[Jirou]: Let’s see.. looks like the question for today’s broadcast is—!

[Jirou]: "What hobbies do you favor the most? Is there any hobby skills that you use for hero work or if there was a way to do so, how would you go about doing it?”

Hummm... interesting topic!

[Midoriya]: I definitely agree!

Hmm... Well, I guess I could consider my note-taking a hobby!.. Aaand.. Oh! And my training as well!

Of course, those two things don't really sound like the greatest ideas to try and do with your spare time, but for me, I take both of the things listed very seriously! They're both things I really enjoy doing!

[Midoriya]: Hobby skills to use for hero work..? Haha, well you could definitely count my training as something to use since it's a good way to strengthen and build up stamina in case a villain or a person who's fighting you is stronger or faster! And I guess you could take my Quirk Analysis studies as something that's helpful for combat too! It's a really helpful way to remind myself of different types of combat and attack styles to use depending on the person, quirk, and abilities!

[Midoriya]: What about you, Jirou?

[Jirou]: Mmm- I see! Gahh- you’re such a dedicated student, it makes me wonder if you even sleep at night without all that work wearing you out?!

But that does seem like a nice approach, you are getting stronger after all, right? You MUST be!

[Jirou]: Ah- my turn, right-right-!

My hobbies?? Owah- nothing too special, i mean-

I do um- make songs and stuff- every once in a while-!

[Jirou]: And I guess if I had to? i’d probably build up my hearing abilities by straining them with strong sound waves from music I enjoy. If I do it right- I assume it would keep my eardrums from bursting mid-battle, y’know? But it sounds odd- haha-

[Midoriya]: No, it honestly doesn't! It actually sounds like a pretty smart way of exercising the amount of sound your ears can take! It can be a useful way to help focus your hearing onto other objects and such while other loud noises are going on around whatever you're paying attention to! It's a really useful way of stealth, ya know?

[Jirou]: I would assume so, I guess it just helps my stamina and such.

You’ve got a point, too! My quirk is best for that stealthy stuff, nothin’ really defensive or anything unless I really needed to fight.

People like you would be much better in fights, anyways. With a strong quirk an all.

[Jirou]: Humm.. I wonder how others improve their quirks with hobbies?

[Midoriya]: Well actually, I believe that everyone has a strong quirk! Of course, nobody is created equally, but with enough courage, confidence, and practice, I'm sure anybody's quirk could help with a ton of things! Whether it be for stealth OR for battle! You just gotta go beyond!

Hmm.. That's actually a really good thought! Do you have any ideas or examples?

[Jirou]: I see, hm. That’s quite inspiring of you to say.

Mm.. I’m not really sure how to put it in words, but all I know is everyone’s got some type of way to improve their abilities. Maybe our viewers can think about that to themselves and give us some commentary when callers start coming in!

[Jirou]: Speaking of which, we should announce a caller session once this topic blows over, dont’cha think? Hearing some other voices and comments would be a neat way to break the ice.

[Midoriya]: Well said, Jirou!

[Jirou]: Let’s see here.. mm.. Who would be darin’ enough to call in and start us off, hm?

[Midoriya]: Ah, and there it is! Our first caller!

[Jirou]: Well you’re on air now, what’s your name, caller?

[Mina]: Hey hey! It’s your pal Minaaa!

I would like to know how ready you guys are for the school festival!

[Jirou]: Yo, Mina! Nice of you to drop by!! I’m prepared, but heck- the anxiety is overwhelming! Izuku, what do you think about having the school festival? It’s gonna be rockin’, alright!

[Midoriya]: Agreed! I'm really excited but nervous about it at the same time! I believe having the sports festival will be an amazing way to train against different quirks and ‘up’ your skill!

[Jirou]: Yup, yup! Can’t wait for the events! Gahh- I just hope some wackos don’t storm in and ruin it. Speaking of ‘wackos’-

Mina, how’s the idiotic bakusquad doing? Since I’ve been preparing for the festival n’ all, I haven’t really hung with anyone aside from during classes.

[Mina]: Yeah! I’m ready to show my moves! I’m glad Todo came up with the concert.

The squads doing good! Denki is just as funny and stupid as he’s ever been. I’ve caught Bakugou humming the song you guys are gonna play!

[Midoriya]: Wait? Really!? Kacchan humming the song!? Wow! I'll definitely have to ask him about that sometime, haha!

[Jirou]: It’s tooootally gonna rock!

gahh- I’m so nervous I can barely breathe!! I can’t believe Aoyama’s going along with becoming a human-disco ball, such a unique idea.

[Mina]: Aoyama is so fabulous he just has to! Well I have to go! I think Bakugou is exploding someone again!

[Jirou]: Ah, thanks again for stoppin’ by, buddy! Hopefully Bakugou doesn’t harm someone..

[Jirou]: hmm.. I wonder how our viewers feel about the festival. Surely they’re expecting a lot, huh?

[Midoriya]: I bet so! It's truly going to be a moment in our lives definitely worth ing! Haha, it's definitely gonna be a wild ride, don't you think?

[Jirou]: Definitely! I know we’ll do great! The concert ‘aughta be worth the wait. With all our practice, nothing can ruin it, I’m sure.

[Jirou]: It’s DESTINED to be crazy, though. Especially with all the effort we gotta put into it, y’know?

[Midoriya]: Absolutely! I'm really excited about how it's gonna turn out! But no worries! I'm positive that the entire thing is gonna go out great!

[Jirou]: Of course! It’ll really bond our class, too. Aah- I got so nervous when the roles were being set up, though. Huff- and don’t get me started about teaching the band-

[Jirou]: Hmm- question, Midoriya, did you expect Bakugou to know how to play the drums—of ALL instruments? Gosh- and I thought his talent was blowing things up.

[Midoriya]: Don't worry too much, Jirou, the band will come out awesome!

[Midoriya]: Well, honestly, I always kinda had the idea of Kacchan being the type of person to wanna play the drums of all instruments! But personally, I kinda thought maybe he'd wanna be a dancer or maybe a guitarist!

But now I really think that drums fit his personality best: Loud, explosive, and straight out amazing!

[Jirou]: Ah- another caller! Go ahead and state your name n’ give us a comment!

[Aoyama]: Bonjour! This is Aoyama! I'm very happy with my role as the disco ball, it fits my sparkling nature perfectly, and it seems everyone else is also satisfied as well oui? Well, I wish to ask how you two think this festival will help us, or more importantly, others now and/or in the future? Merci beaucoup!

[Jirou]: Ah, yes! I believe it’s remarkable that you’re using your sparkling appearance to add effect to the concert! It’s awesome, dude!

As for the question, I don’t usually think too much, but I feel like the festival will help us earn back our ‘spark,’ y’know? Since the crime was getting worse, the other classes started looking down on us as a whole. But i feel like if we bring everyone together, we can get along. ^^

[Midoriya]: I truly agree with what you said, Jirou!

People have definitely begun to look down on class 1-A, and the crime has indeed grown worse!

[Midoriya]: I believe that the festival will help us all get past these hard times and help us all to not worry about it so much! It'll help everybody understand that we can get threw it together! Not together as a class, but as a total school!

[Jirou]: Well-said, Midoriya!

And Aoyama, if you don’t mind me asking, I’ve been pondering about where you got your idea from? Why did you decide to play the role as the disco ball? I never thought of such a thing at first.

[Aoyama]: Oui! I really must say, even just by the planning I could see how much we were contributing as a team! I had thought of the idea while pondering how I could contribute. With my quirk and shining personality what could be better for me than the disco ball! Well, I must go now. Au revoir!

[Jirou]: It really is super handy to have our quirks. Aoyama’s sparkling personality and glittery ability may as well just add the last little bit of glamour to the concert. Huff- I do hope the song we picked will work out. Everyone’s done so much, y’know?

[Jirou]: Ey- another call, let’s see...

[Elly]: Heyo, I’ll keep my name to elly just for security. But I was planning to go to the festival with some firends a few months back, but we just got word that because of resent events it won’t let outsiders attend. We were pretty bummed but we didn’t take it too badly and mostly moved on.

I wanted to ask what you guys think about this years rule?

[Midoriya]: Well, I'm sorry that you and your friends didn't get to go to the festival, Elly.

But personally, I think that the rules of keeping outsiders out are a good thing.

[Midoriya]: You see, sometimes people can tend to sneak into special events made importantly for heroes or for UA in general. Sometimes they can be good people, sometimes they can be bad. I personally think that these precautions are worth having so nothing bad happens while the festival is on a roll.

[Jirou]: Hmm.. I got a little upset to hear about that, too. My parents must not be able to come, huh?

Ah, well. Midoriya has a point, I believe the rule is harsh, but it keeps the school safe and away from danger, y’know?

[Elly]: no yeah definitely, I as well attend a hero school. Definitely not as well known but they do have a similar attitude in the situation something like what’s been going on at ua happens.

[Jirou]: I see. Well that was a nice call, I wasn’t too happy about the audience restrictions either. But the show must go on, y’know?

[Midoriya]: Haha, yeah, that's true!

[Midoriya]: Gosh, that's a tricky one! I'm not really sure!

[Jirou]: Mmm- nope~! Actually, I mainly worked with Death Arms during my intership. It was so tiring—

[Midoriya]: Oh! You mean the Rescue Specialist hero!? Awesome! Death Arms is such a cool hero! He's so strong!

[Jirou]: Yup!! It was an awesome experience, despite all the work.

[Jirou]: Anywhoo- think fast, here’s the next question!—

What instrument do I prefer over others?

[Midoriya]: Well, It's the.... Uh... Oh-wait! It's the bass guitar, right?!

[Jirou]: Ooh- Great comeback from your previous answer, you’re correct! I love the feel of the strings when I play them.

[Midoriya]: Haha! And I bet you're really good at playing too! You've definitely gotta show me what you can play sometime!

[Jirou]: Aah- sure, I guess I could sometime- but- don’t expect a great performance! I get so nerve wrecked when it comes to showing off, i guess.

[Jirou]: Anywhooo~!

Who’s the idiot that first suggested I play in the class’ band for the festival?

[Midoriya]: Ah, that one is pretty easy!

It was Kaminari, right?

[Jirou]: Pff- yep!! Gahh- The others wouldn’t have said anything about it until he reminded them that it was my hobby to play instruments n’ stuff. But I guess after everyone started thinking about it, it turned out to be a good decision for me to help out.

[Midoriya]: I agree! It was a really good decision for you to help out! This festival is gonna be awesome!

[Jirou]: Yup! I hope it goes smoothly! Mm- lets finish up, shall we? Last trivia from me:

What happens when I overuse my quirk?

[Midoriya]: Oh! I know this one!

While observing, I notice that your ears will begin to bleed! And depending on the conditions, you will feel a little deafened as well, correct?

[Jirou]: Yup, yup! Other than getting tired, usually my ears will get damaged and I’ll hear an awful ringing sound.

[Midoriya]: Ah, I see! Interesting!

[Jirou]: Mhm! Now, have you got any trivia for me before we say goodbye to the listeners?

[Midoriya]: Yes, I do! But for the sake of time, I'm only going to ask a small number of questions!

Aha! I know A good one! It's probably a little too easy though after the entire Dorm Room challenge thing, heh....

[Midoriya]: Who is my favorite Pro Hero?

[Jirou]: Tch- easy peasy! All Might, duh! Have you SEEN your dorm?

[Midoriya]: Haahhh... Y-Yeah that's correct, heh! A-And my dorm room is only decorated with posters and stuff of him because I ire him a lot.. It's a little embarrassing..

[Midoriya]: B-But that doesn't matter!- onto the next question!!

Who in our class have I known the longest?

[Jirou]: Haha- Hmm.. That’s a toughie. I’d sayy... Bakugou? You guys seemed to already know each other by the beginning of the year.

[Midoriya]: Ah, that's correct! Kacchan and I have been friends since early childhood!

[Jirou]: Woooow! That’s a long time- Especially with someone as explosive as HIM? Sheesh- You’ve got talent.

[Midoriya]: Well, I wouldn't really call it a talent, buuut..

As aggressive and hot-headed as he may seem, he's actually a really good person on the inside! I guess he's just been so caught up with being a Pro Hero that he's not as... Well.. “Nice”, I guess you could say, haha!

[Midoriya]: Anyway, onto the next question!

[Jirou]: Ooh- hmm.. Hold on- I know this, I heard about it from someone—

Gahh- I can’t .. Isn’t it in July? June??

[Jirou]: Ahh- I give up, I can’t think. When is it, again?
