When searching for some new fics, this is what you do:
Go to the Bookmark section of a good fic author. Filter out what you need to, and go wild. Chances are, there will be more Good Quality fics there. Then feel free to rinse/repeat. Author–>Bookmarks–>Fic–>Author–>Bookmarks–> etc.
It's how I amassed my good reads, lol.
