INTRODUCTION

This is Shu Aishida. She's a 16 year old oc who's storyline takes place after the final war when all of the main cast go to 2-A, aka, Sophomore/second year. Shu is a special case student, because she's no normal aspiring hero. In fact she's not a hero at all. She's a agent working for the Hero Public Safety Commission, hiding undercover as a student to micromanage the school and make reports to Principal Nezu and her superior for a greater plan.

BACKGROUND

Shu grew up in a clan. (A large group of family that serves in the war and owns property across Japan, the family deals with actual military problems such as protecting Japan from international affairs, while not actually being heroes or interacting with hero society other than working for the HPSC.) Shu grew up under the ideals and strict rules of soldiers, to fight and serve their country. Growing up with a otherwise neglectful and lonely home, Shu made bad decisions early on. Such as getting into a rather bad relationship at a young age and loosing many of her cherishes because of it.

During the initial villain attacks, Shu was simply caught in crossfire on her way to work one day. Resulting in her father saving her life, but essentially leaving her with debt and dues towards the HPSC. Essentially, shortly after turning 15, Shu was adopted by the Commission dude to having no family to take care of her, at least willingly. Her people and herself being adopted and taken under their wing. And now Shu serves the HPSC in order to repay the debts left by her father.

QUIRK

Shu was born with a rather interesting quirk, Shu was born a Siren. With a voice, singing or speaking, which can charm and enthrall anyone she talks to. However this doesn't stop at the base level, regardless of age, gender, or attraction, people can't help but to listen to her blindly, and do exactly what she says, regardless of what it is. While it primarily has a stronger effect to men and women her age range and attraction, shu is capable of charming any age, just to a weaker effect due to the lack of physical attraction due to age, or romantic preferences.

Shu is only capable of manipulation, and must be able to charm the heart just enough for it to not listen to it's mind, which is how she's capable of borderline mind control. However, she cannot actually control people's bodies, rather she controls their heart enough to make them WANT to do what she asks. If someone's mind is stronger than their heart, she cannot control them.This makes Shu one of the top 3 masters of manipulation. With the ability to lie directly to someone's face and control them. Easily make them pawns to a game without them knowing.

Shu has 3 main forms of manipulation. Coaxing: She remains in a primarily human form and is capable of subtly controlling people using her voice and beauty to charm and enthrall people she talks to, usually base level manipulation. Riot: In order to receive more intense and instant results, Shu's form remains different, with different eyes and more siren features, despite remaining human. Siren: In order to have complete and entire control, especially over multiple people, Shu has to use her full siren form, although this comes with more disadvantages than advantages.

If shu uses her quirk too much, especially her voice, she can temporarily go mute.
