Lunch Break Doodles

Decided to draw Samara interacting with some of her classmates. I’ll probably draw more eventually and a little better next time :sweat_smile:

Todoroki and Samara

Todoroki, be the ever beautiful but dense boy her is, receives a box of chocolates with a note from his secret irer telling him how his smile “melts” their heart. He can’t help but worry, and goes to the first person he finds for help: Samara Hart. After explaining the situation to her, she can’t help but awkwardly inform him that it’s just a saying and means he has a nice smile.

Iida and Samara

Samara had a rough start at UA. With a lack of education on Japanese, Japan’s culture, and her abrasive, too-American personality, it wasn’t surprising that her and Iida got off to a rough start. Despite it, Samara set her sights on learning the ropes, and managed to convince Iida to help her learn to fit in a bit better.

After about a month of regular tutoring, Samara finally seems to have the hang of it. For the first time, she refers to Iida with the “-kun” honorific, something he lightheartedly scolds her for.

“-Kun is for close friends!” He educates her. She laughed awkwardly and scratches the back of her neck.

“My bad, I figured we were close enough by now.”

It was no mistake Iida realizes! Samara just views him as a close friend!
