Panic Attack is used as a last resort-

Similar to crying for a long time it would make you so drained you knock out and sleep to reset.

Arbee takes long naps to recharge emotionally- if they don't get some rest they won't be able to function correctly when they're awake.

These new emotions (Envy, Lust and Pride) that take place of the situation appears very rarely. They're more hidden mature traits of Arbee that they suppress and lack of having but are extremely strong emotions.

Alternatively I wanted Arbee to go against Bakugou but I feel with how I made this end would fit more with canon.

Here- Todoroki was able to protect himself with a armor of ice since his left hand wasn't trapped by Envy's crystals that way he could take the impact of Pride's firework.
