Hii welcome to my blog this one is for CITMs monthly for which I drew my mafia prompt OC in a halloween costume I think she would like,it took a while for me to decide on phi's costume But I finally decided to make her dress up as a nurse! Phi loves halloween and dresses up for it every year no matter how old she gets and no matter what she has to do on that day. And she also mostly makes her costumes herself and even if they dont always turn out the best she wears them with pride
