PSA: App Issues [UPDATE]

I’m sure a lot of you are wondering whats been going on with amino these past two weeks, and especially today. In short, the engineering team on amino is working on fixing old code base, and it causes things to break in order to fix it. Due to the small size of their team it unfortunately means this work is harder for them to tackle.

However, things /are/ being worked on. No, amino is not completely dying, it’s just a bug that shows less online than there currently are. If you go on the browser version of the app it will show you how many are actually online. Voice chats are also not accessible right now, but the team is working on fixing it next week.

Jinx also made a post earlier today that changes the team made yesterday were rolled back due to issues. Unfortunately, issues are still going on right now, however, please be patient and wait for things to be fixed, because they will be.

Do NOT update your app or log out of your , you will not be able to access the app if you do so right now.

Please do not worry too much, amino is not going anywhere. Patience is a virtue!
