Easily twice. Twice would have been such an amazing pro-hero if only he had had the right influences from the beginning. As hawks said, he's just unlucky in that aspect. If he had as deep of care for his villain friends as potential hero friends, there's no doubt he'd be unstoppable.

Additionally, Aizawa would make an amazing villain. I mean, imagine you're a pro hero, and suddenly you don't have your quirk? That would be awful.

Basically all of the LOV would’ve subjectively worked as pro-heroes if other factors hadn’t gotten in the way, really the only thing defining someone to go to the route of “villain” or “hero” is what choices they make upon their obstacles in life, how they react to it, and how they let it shape them

Shinsou was a prime example of this potentially happening either way

I think we all agree on Twice for being a pro-hero. Do y‘all know that dog- lion pro hero that always goes like: RWARFF RAREWF I think he‘d be a villain :sob:

I am gonna vouch for my girl Lady Nagant, but that's tricky, because she was a hero to begin with, just did something kind of bad (killing the leader of the safety commission) because she was conditioned to do things like that. She would have been great if the way she became a hero was different. Like if she went to UA and became a hero like that. But on the flip side of this question, I'd have to say that Midnight would be a great villain. Putting people to sleep is an extremely powerful power to have, and she could get away with so much.

Twice or toga. Both can easily sneak around a villain with their quirks.. because twice can copy and toga can turn into the enemy.. of course. There are also downsides to this!! Iff toga doesn't have the blood she needs... or if twice's clones don't have time left.. it'll be pretty tricky
