Pros of living in a society where people have quirks are that, there are those that use it for the good of the world and having people who can help those in need around them.

The cons of it is that people abuse their quirks for their own benefits and just overall lack the ability to make the correct decisions with it.

it’s pretty much written in the icing of the story as is but with pros; with powers you have more convenience to everyday life, unique individuality, your quirk could be helpful to you, loved ones, or strangers which is why we have heroes saving people in the first place

cons is with heroes there will be criminals and villains abusing their powers too for their own benefit or to harm others, there’s also a massive social hierarchy like dividing certain quirks into a category such as how mutant quirk holders or quirkless people are outcasted more often than not

Pros: with how quirks are there’s probably a quirk for anything. So we could find cures for stuff like diseases and other medical conditions. Although there’s still limitations because Iida’s brother wasn’t healed- although couldn’t Eri’s quirk hypothetically heal him???

Cons: Quirk racism. People have beef when someone has a different skin complexion than them- it’d be 100x worse with quirk mutations. Shoji’s backstory says it all. Not to mention the discrimination to quirkless people, and people who’ll form social hierarchies based on quirks.

It of course depends, since there will be various quirks,,

Pros :

Saving much time, effort, and definitely lives,

elemental manipulation quirks like earth, water, air, fire, or cement, like Cementos,

would save a lot of time and money when building, or solving a catastrophe, or a natural disaster.

Where some people might be able to control the floods away, put down forest fires, control the weather too, which would change a lot about the environment. Like someone forcing rain on deserts.

Cons :

Society would be more corrupted, the highest bidder would be those with manipulative powers, the more powerful the higher. Especially one like telepathy or mental control.

Some quirks may be even given to the wrong people, and they'll violate others with them.

Uncontrollable overpower.

Pros: Cool powers

Cons: Crime rate skyrockets, could be born with a bad quirk, judged based on said quirk
