i’m sure AFO would’ve destroyed hero society by then without its counter quirk, and they would all be living in a dystopian of tyranny by AFO and his underlings 🥲

Assuming that Yoichi still exists, just without his original quirk merging with the stockpiling ability, I'd like to raise the idea that Yoichi would still end up ing along his quirk. That him doing so would kickstart something similar to One For All. It'd basically be the same, except without stockpiling power in any way, just ing quirks along from one person to the next.

So something hypothetically similar to all for one's quirk, except they cumulate quirks by ing it along, rather than by taking. In this case, I don't know if Nana would have ended up giving it to a Quirkless Yagi Toshinori at the time. Maybe, idk. But I heavily doubt All Might would have been able to put and end to All For One.

All Might would be pretty strong, with a good few quirks more than the average person, but not anywhere near All For One's level. He wouldn't be this paragon of strength he had been. He most definitely wouldn't have beaten All For One in the first fight.

We also have to acknowledge that All For One probably rules over Japan without any serious opposition. Even if he possibly rules from the shadows. It means anybody with Yoichi's quirk would probably be framed as an enemy of the country. So that's a neat little detail.. i don't know that All Might would live long enough to everything along to midoriya. Maybe it dies with him, or maybe he es it along to someone else before he's taken out.

All of this is kinda playing on the technicality that Yoichi's quirk itself is not one for all, but one base part or ingredient, so to speak. so maybe it's a bit of a loophole exploitation.

If there was no OFA, AFO would've taken over the world faster and he could've taken everything without anybody stopping him, not even a chance. OFA is the reason why AFO hasn't gone so far in his plan even though he is a very smart and manipulating villian, he would’ve changed the world into his own image of darkness and power. Besides, OFA both changed All Might and Deku for the better, as they helped so many people to change for the good of themselves and everybody around them. Deku even saved Eri from Overhaul so if it wasn't for OFA, so many things could happen for the worse.

Even without OFA, I think there’d still be a lot of commotion with the villains and all; but I’d also like to think that there would somehow be where some of the villains had turned into heroes instead of turning into the bad guy.

I don't think a lot will change they may have one less villain but there still be more bad heart out there

The war may not happen or at least not as sever as the one we know

Shigaraki may have his happy life fighting side by side with his sister and grandma

Almight would not be a hero since there is no one for all and all for one
