Your art is so pretty and visually stunning!!! I have a question what is a good way to practice foreshortening? You are really good at that and I just want to know so I can practice it! It's chill if you dont want to answer! Your art is amazing and deserves all the praise it gets!!
There are many techniques for foreshortening: Sycra uses the "coil technique" which is basically using cilinders or "springs" to define your form but for this you need to master a bit of anatomy, then is the "boxes" method in which you transform the body into basic square shared and then fill with the real anatomy (which also requires some anatomy mastery).
BUT as a first exercise IMO to start studying foreshortening in an easy way is to actually take selfies! Using a bluetooth tripod with a "remote control" (they cost like 12 bucks on Amazon) that way you can take pics of yourself to start to understand how the body/perspective/proportions works on hands, feet, muscles, etc.
Another way to study this is to buy this anatomy "dolls" that you can move around and take pictures to + do live drawing, rinse and repeat.
After doing several sketches with these exercises you'll start to get ahold of the "trick" n_n.
