Really Late New Years post!

Soooo, I'm not going to take the time to make this something super fancy.

Just going to put that fact out there. This isn't just a New Years Post, but also some Jiro art (probably the final time I'm drawing the loser), and my horrendously informal goodbye to this amino.

I'm making this post the most me I can, because it's special, and me doesn't take the time to look pretty, because I don't think it matters as much as the contents.

New Years, what 2023 was, and where I'm going.

So. This is just going to be a giant text block, if you're just here for the art you can dip now. I won't track you down, promise.

Hey, for the past few years of me being on this amino I've been making New Years posts, last year I posted it late and this year even later.

I've made some promises for projects, but none of them have really been fulfilled. Never made that unofficial agency, I've scrapped Senria in it's entirety because it was stressing me out to an unreal amount, and that Fantasy novel doesn't even have it's main cast or antagonist made yet. Maybe it'll happen.

But Happy New Years everyone :tada: , 2023 for me wasn't the best, but I'm getting through it and I made some awesome new friends off of this platform. This isn't about them though.

As many of the people who are close friends with me could tell, I was like, barely on amino this past year, and I have my reasons for that and I hope you all understand. I've fallen out of the fandom and it's just been too much energy for me to put out. And that's not going to change, because I'm leaving.

My years on this amino have been so fun, I've made so many friends here, and I don't think words can discribe all the things and people I want to talk about. So I'm going to boil it down to what I can say with words.

I love and care for everyone on this app, even the people I might've wronged or have wronged me. I want anyone reading this to understand that you are an amazing person, and there's no such thing as perfect. You are going to make mistakes, you are going to have awesome victories or terrible regrets, but you will grow.

Growth is something that I've realized is so so important. I have changed so much as a person since I ed this amino. November 28th(?), 2018. I was like 11 definitely shouldn't have been on this app, and I wanted people to share my interests with. I wanted so badly to be a Curator! I was waiting for the day I'd turn 16 and could apply. I wanted to an Agency.

Well. Hey. It's February 5th, 2024. I'm 16, definitely not a Curator and no want to be one. Tried to do agency stuff, and it didn't work, I apologize dearly to the people I did wrong in those respective agencies that gave me a chance.

Just thank you. Thank all of you. I've never been the best person, and this amino I think has set me in the right directions. I wouldn't replace a single second I spent with the people here, but it's time for me to take my leave.
