Has the ability to manipulate people's emotions to change their minds in the situation. The down fall is that it make her lose empathy and for others people those their free will.

Everytime Arbee made a little mistake- Gabby would always erupt on them and make it a big deal. Sometimes she would reference mistakes they made months ago to remind them about their behavior.

In public, she would put out her best self and act like everything is fine when just a second ago she was tugging at Arbee's arm not to cry in front of other parents.

There would be countless amount of times that Arbee would question about everything. Wishing that they could talk back one day, dreamed about better places to find peace in and this lead them to just spectate others with the desire to live a different life.

Once they achieved their emotional powers that caused a ruckus at Arbee's school and after some investigation. They found out that Arbee's quirk had connections to anxiety and DID (Dissociative identity disorder) from the mental and emotional abuse Gabby had given them.

Gabby loses custody of Arbee and sent to serve time for child abuse and negligence. With enough research child protection services trace back to their biological father.
