A while ago, I made a post listing how I contribute to the community outside of moderating, to help others find services they might not know existed. This post is essentially an updated version of that, with new links and services. But this time, I also decided to provide more details about what I do as a and what you can ask for help with. All the art in this blog is by Yuumei on yuumeiart.com, unless specified otherwise.

Staff Duties
1.) One of the best ways to a staff member is through the read through this. In addition to the staff center, you can PM any staff member privately, and anything you report in PMs will remain anonymous.
2.) If you don't want to a chat to make a report, every staff member has a desk you can comment on, which should be in the firm of a wiki. You can find mine here.
3.) I'm a blog and wiki , meaning that in addition to tending to the staff center, I scroll through the latest feed on a regular basis and clear out posts that are clutter, off-topic, or breaking the rules/guidelines. As such, if you ever have questions about what is and isn't allowed when it comes to posts, you can me or other staff for help. Keep in mind we also have a clutter PSA for easy access to this information.
4.) We've recently cracked down on our art crediting rules. Unfortunately, people aren't taught things like how to find the artist of images, and the internet is a cesspool of reposted art without credit. So, if you're unsure how to find an artist, or are having difficulty with it, you can me or other staff for assistance. I strongly suggest you at least try yourself, though, because being able to trace the original source of something is a useful skill. The link above will give tips and useful websites for searching image sources.

Other Services
1.) The OC Helpers is a group of community dedicated to helping others create OC-related content. You can receive help from them in a variety of ways: #ochelperadvice
2.) The Constructive Criticism Crew is a group of dedicated to reviewing and critiquing content the community creates. It's fallen off in activity, though, so I'm unsure how active others are or how soon you might receive a reply. If you ever want useful critiques and criticisms from people who have been reviewed and confirmed to have the skills and knowledge necessary, there are a lot of tags you can use. #CCCEditReview for edit critiques. I work on the writing critique squad.
3.) For a while, with very inconsistent frequency, I've been making posts going in-depth with reviews and critiques of others' OCs. If you want to add your OC to the list to be reviewed and get my personal opinions, simply visit this post.
4.) I've offered writing commissions on-and-off for a long time. If you scroll through my profile and enjoy my writing, you can commission me here whenever it's open.
5.) Musutafu Independent is a community-run newspaper article that I write articles for. It included art, writing, edits, games, interviews, and articles over various topics. Sometimes, we invite community to contribute or participate in different articles and activities, and almost every issue has a prize for being the first to complete puzzles/games.

I think that's all? I've dabbled in so much, I struggle to keep track of it all. It might be updated further if I or other groups. Hopefully this helped you better understand what staff do and how to them, as well as some services the community offers to its outside of moderation.
