He can turn any part of his body into a black goo like material and stretch/shape it freely. He can loosen it to make it liquid-like or compress it to make it to a hard rubber consistency. It also stick to surfaces so he can stretch his arm out and swing around to move.

Ｑｕｉｒｋ Ａｄｖａｎｔａｇｅｓ

the goo is pretty much immune to any slashing/blunt force, and can resist explosions to a certain degree.

Ｑｕｉｒｋ Ｄｒａｗｂａｃｋｓ

the goo can be easily frozen, rendering him immobile, and it conducts electricity very well, being much more painful than it would normally be.
