Yukito is seen mostly as a rude person towards others that he wouldn't care about how other people feel. He only believes and do what he think is right which made him an anti hero. People would most likely mistaken him as a villains but the people he had murdered are criminal masterminds and murderers that escaped from the holes of justice.

He absorbs kinetic energy from attacks and can use that stored kinetic energy to modify his attacks. Example, if someone punched him five times, when he punch back it will be like his punch had the force of the five punches the opponent threw at him plus your own strength. A weapon wouldn't work, essiantly the quirk takes away all the power behind the attack. So if they punch him all the power behind it is gone.

If the punch was on fire the punch itself wouldn't hurt him but the flames would still burn you. He will get burn but he won't get bruised pretty much in that situation. When he release that stored energy, if he release too much in one shot it can cause internal damage if not outright break bones and such. He will lose stored energy over time, he absorbed max energy, he will lose all that energy ively in two hours. There's also a limited adsorption. Example, if deku throw a 100% punch to him, he will feel the pain because it way his limitation, he will have to release the kinetic energy in order to use his absorption quirk again but like said earlier. It will coast internal damage to him.

【BACKSTORY】

Yukiko was born in an orphanage. There's no description on why is he abandoned there butit doesn't matter anymore to him. He was adopted by Aiko Shigeno at the age of 4. Yukiko was raised filled with care and love by his adoptive mother at a house on the sakura mountain which he once wanted to be a hero that saves the world one day. At the age of 10, his mother died because of getting murdered and burned in the house. Yukiko witness the murder but.. the murderer is not guity because of the holes in justice which caused young yukiko a deep scar.

He later ed the hero academia and became one of the top student. Yukiko looked up to Todoroki since he felt like only todoroki knows the similar pain with him. Yukiko later left hero academia and became an anti hero because how he saw so much murders and deaths yet the villain never get judged by justice.

Yukino becamed a well-known anti hero because of 72 cases of murders. What surprised the heros are all the people yukino murdered are criminals. Even so, he is wanted and hunted down with the name of the 'villain murderer'
