Besides dear Silver Fox from Scotland Yard, who do you think have chance to conquer Mycroft's heart, one way or another. Please tell me your reasoning. ^^
Time-filling (read, I am bored, lol)

Anthea two votes, and the runner up Molly Hopper gets one. ^^
I chose Anthea. I don’t think an age differential would matter to Mycroft if he found himself attracted to someone. Anthea understands the work world and types of people Mycroft interacts with. She is trustworthy, efficient, intelligent, beautiful and I like to think, as some others who have written fan fiction with her in it, trained for security and combat situations, where she could kick your ass before you even realized it if you threatened mycroft or anyone under their protection.
Ooo... Delicious office romance, secret service style (especially if she's also his protege and deputy). Indeed, age matters not I think for him, the selection of those who understand his world must be very slim and I think he would prefer someone closer to home than some foreigner (which might cause very big conflicts of interest).
I personally don't think that any of these people would conquer Mycroft's heart. I don't think he would fall for a criminal, that rules out Moriarty and Adler. He's also quite a mature and respectable man so Anthea would probably be a bit young for him and if not that the fact she's always on her phone might put him off. Molly is so obviously attracted to Sherlock, and the feeling might be mutal seeing as we all know what Mycroft witnessed between them in season 4, and we all know Mycroft wouldn't do anything to hurt his baby brother. Lady Smallwood, although she is highly respectable and they work very closely together, seems a bit too desperate for Mycroft's taste. So, in conclusion, I don't believe anyone here would steal Mycroft's heart, anything is possible though...

Bachelorhood for life? I wouldn't say that... I agree with you as far as that Mycroft would have to have someone he could respect, someone well mannered, someone who is quite emotionally strong and capable of dealing with the emotions that come with Mycroft himself. Also, Mycroft probably wouldn't chase someone he knows doesn't have the same feelings about him but they shouldn't make it obvious either because that might make them seem desperate and, let's face it, Mycroft would be able to deduce if they have feelings for him without having to be told, for better or for worse...

 Now I truly want to see how Mycroft would deal with Lady Smallwood's offer for drink and all he repercussions that might arise from his choice considering who and what she is. The episode featuring Vivian Norwood's treachery is one of the best in my opinion, I enjoyed it by far compared to Sherlock traipsing around London chasing miscreants.
Well stated
