Tiberius Revamp + Lore Dump

i originally made this guy to ship with Bellion, but I decided he had a lot of potential and decided to give him some life of his own.

I tried to go with a lot more … demonic traits for him, since most of the canon ones are pretty human-looking. I gave him goat legs from the knee down you can just only see the feet. He can also unhinge his jaw like a snake because of course he can … might make him the cousin of Melascula in that regard.

He lives in purgatory full-time so he can take care of whoever ends up there. Sort of like a nurse. Hence how he met Bellion. Yeah.

Ramble over. Wiki coming soon for him, maybe, when I get the energy to make one. I’m looking to use this guy more.
