1: Electromagnetic Levitation.

Electromagnetic Levitation is a special type of function Aurum uses to give the illusion of flight, by connecting electromagnetic energies within his feet, he can connect to the Earth's natural magnetic pull, causing him to float. He has control over his flight path and his flight speed, reaching a maximum of 60 miles per hour.

2: Heroic Endurance.

Heroic Endurance is his Magical Power. It activates whenever someone he trusts or loves is at risk of being harmed by someone or something. As long as there is someone in the world he cares about, he will endure any attack to protect them. The limits of this ability are absolute brute force or immense heat (for example: The One Escanor), advanced magics, or attacks that ively weaken him.

3: Final Sacrifice.

Final Sacrifice is the last-resort move that Aurum has in case he can not defeat an enemy through smarts or power. This is a last-ditch attempt to either kill the enemy or hinder them enough for someone else to finish the job. It renders him useless afterward and effectively kills him, but he can be repaired by either his creator or advanced magics to give him life.

Backstory:

Aurum was first created by Dreyfus when he was possessed by Fraudrin as an attempt to prepare for the inevitable re-emergance of the Seven Deadly Sins. How he was able to create such an advanced creature is unknown, but he managed to do it. Aurum's purpose was to kill the Seven Deadly Sins, but also Meliodas in particular.

Aurum was released out into the world to complete his goal shortly before Elizabeth was captured by Hendrickson, as an attempt to buy some time for the ritual to be completed. Inevitably however, he couldn't beat Meliodas and the redeemed Holy Knights. He was absolutely humilated, but managed to escape once Elizabeth had unleashed her Goddess Druid powers for the first time against Hendrickson's Silver Demon transformation.

Shortly after that, Aurum began to contemplate to himself about his purpose.. was it really what he wanted? Or was it what his creator wanted? He couldn't figure it out, unfortunately. He needed something.. or someone to tell him what life meant. That was when he made the decision to the Sins temporarily. Yes, the reintroduction was definitely tense and awkward, but Meliodas gave him a second chance.

During his time with the Sins, he sometimes had conversations with each of the until Merlin was recruited. After that, he bid farewell, learning what life truly was. It was about protecting the people you love, and experiencing things for yourself, rather than for someone else. But it's good to enjoy them WITH your allies.. and he knew exactly who to visit.

The Ten Commandments Arc:

Just before the emergence of resurrected spirits and the Ten Commandments, Aurum had fully redeemed himself as a protector of the people. However, he did not take the title of Holy Knight Aurum when he was given the award. He decided to forge his own path, taking advice from Diane earlier before he left the Sins.

When the Albeons arrived, however.. that was when Aurum was pushed to his very limits, forcing him to resort to his Final Sacrifice move to stop the Albeon that was attacking the kingdom of Liones. Which means (until either the Holy Knights recovered him, or the Seven Deadly Sins found him), he would not be used or even active during the first part of the Ten Commandments Arc.
