Joe Gibbs Racing #54 | 2023 Reborn #10

Welcome to the 10th episode of 2023 Reborn!!!!! Today we will be taking a look at a suggestion from Carter Jones and I will be recreating Ty Gibbs’s 2023 He Gets Us Toyota Camry for Joe Gibbs Racing. I am quite proud of how this scheme came out and without me stalling any longer let me just show you the damn thing. LETS GET INTO THE MOTHER FRIGGIN CONS!!!!

Well let me start off with the fact that I don’t think this is that bad. However, there is so much potential with these colors and this scheme clearly just didn’t execute.

I think that the logos could have been placed better and bigger to attract more attention especially if there isn’t much of a design I think that is a really important aspect of a car like this.

All that being said I do think I can improve this car so let’s take a look at what I did.

I am proud of how this car came out. I feel that there are a few empty spots on the car like the qp for example but I still think overall this scheme is light years better than the original just with what I was given to work with. The original plan was to have a lot more yellow and have more design and maybe even the silver from the Xfinity car but I decided in the end to try and keep it “simple” to try and demonstrate that even with a simple pallet you can still make a good car. My hands down favorite part about this paint scheme tho definitely has to be the little cross I incorporated in there. I originally didn’t have that and just had another black design thingy there but I decided in the end to change that and I think it came out well. Now this scheme has
