It was not the best showing I could have hoped for, but we did manage to finish on the lead lap in P12 after an entire race of recovering from an early incident.

Started last in the field in 26th due to connection issues during qualifying. Otherwise, I would have qualified in the Top 10, but iRacing threw out my lap times. It wasn't a terrible thing because I had 120 laps to clear the field.
Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned, and we got involved in a wreck within the first 10 laps that added almost 8 minutes of repairs to the car. The race was fortunately plagued with cautions after cautions, of which 2 were due to me accidentally spinning out the car because of damage.
It wasn't until the 2nd overtime attempt that we completely fixed the car and got it on the right track for a potential Top 10 finish. After taking the white flag, the car ran smoothly through Turn 1 but out of nowhere the rear end slid around and took out 2 other cars. I was fortunate to one of the two afterward but ended up in 12th.
Next week is the Indianapolis Road Course, and I am hoping to at least bring the car home as not only is the track terrible, but I am not a heavy road course guy. We will keep our heads up and do the best we can.
