Hey SUA! Today for the first round of Rivals of NSA I’ll be talking about the Switch and it’s possible Switch Pro edition.
Specs and Price

I’ll be honest, I don’t know much about specs or anything, but an upgraded Switch would have to run consistent smooth 1080p 60fps handheld and have a sufficient price and battery to back that up. This would mean that it’d have to be larger, which loses some appeal of the Switch. I don’t expect 4K at all for the Switch ever, consistent 1080p is my expectation. Also, upgraded storage is a must, around 128GB could probably cut it. Again, I know nothing about specs or anything like that, but that’s what I’d like to see, despite it being unlikely. I’d expect the Switch Pro to set you back around $500 USD.
Games

I expect all games on the Switch to be available on Switch Pro unless a third party decides otherwise for their game, such as Bethesda or Rockstar. The cartridges would have to have more GB of space (sorry if I sound like an idiot I’m not tech savvy) so Online s can be avoided as much as possible. But due to manufacturing costs, the likelihood of this is lower.
Design Updates

A new, more stable kickstand is a must. This has been one of the most annoying parts of owning a Switch, and a Switch Pro would have to remedy this. Either a double kickstand or a kickstand attachment included. A better grip would also need to be included, the surrender Joycons hurt a lot of people’s hands due to how you grip them. I also believe they may revert to a regular D-Pad on the left Joycon. You can see the updates in the sketch attached at the bottom.
