So here's the story. For my birthday this year, my dad gifted me this preprimed storm giant because accidentally, he had one for himself, forgot it existed, bought a second one, and proceeded to paint that second giant. His is completed already. He then found the first storm giant he had forgotten about, and not knowing what to do with it, he gave his now duplicate to me for my birthday.
I opened up the packaging and, after a brief cleaning, got to painting this bad boy while I had the rescheduled birthday meet-up with my best friend. That's as far as I made it today as I also worked on other minis and helped my friend with their minis as the day went by.
I'm still proud of myself.
I think this Giant needs a sleeve of tattoos. Am I alone in this?

He looks rad! But tattoos would indeed be more rad.
Genuine question though, I've never known what you're supposed to do with the clear parts??? You don't just paint them and cover up the transparency, so, a wash? Does that work?
I've never been 100% sure of what to do. I sometimes put on a glaze or a light washing then clear coat to keep the transparency. Was half tempted to paint it opaque.
Additionally, could do the washes or glazes and then dry brush over it in whites or something for the edges to brighten it up alittle
